The mission of Chesterfield County Building Maintenance is to ensure safe and clean buildings and grounds that provide an appealing physical appearance and a comfortable working environment.

Responsibility

The Building Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining all county-owned or leased facilities and custodial services in a number of locations as well as lawn and grounds maintenance.
